The house is furnished but you will need to bring your own bedroom suite..
Very close for people working at the hospitals and griffiths uni,the broadwater is about a km away for those early morning/late walks/jogs.
Must like animals as I have a dog(outside)but she is no hassle at all..
Ideal housemates will have a steady income,common sense,respect and be fun and friendly.
