Room A: $150 per week with a single bed, a desk and chair, a standing fan, sharing a bathroom and kitchen, living room with 2 other housemates. linen can be refreshed weekly at a small fee. Access to a washing machine, parking on street. 6 month agreement with 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. House rules apply.
Room B: $180 per week with a single bed, a desk and chair, a ceiling fan, sharing a bathroom and kitchen, living room with 2 other housemates. linen can be refreshed weekly at a small fee. Access to a washing machine, parking on street. 6 month agreement with 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. House rules apply.
Room C: $215 per week with a single bed, a desk and chair, an aircon, built-in wardrobe, sharing a bathroom and kitchen, living room with 2 other housemates. linen can be refreshed weekly at a small fee. Access to a washing machine, parking on street. 6 month agreement with 4 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance. House rules apply.
Rooms 1-9: $75 per night if you stay 3-7 nights, $70 per night if 8 days to 1 month, $65 per night if staying more than 1 month. Each room has a Queen bed, a TV, a microwave, a full size fridge, a bathroom, a kettle. Linen can be refreshed weekly, or provided at a small fee upon request.
