* All common area cleaning consumables: Dishwashing Liquid, Cleaning sponges and cloths, Hand wash, Laundry Washing Powder, Toilet Rolls, Paper Towels, Cleaning Items, Laundry baskets and pegs etc etc.
* Weekly Cleaning of Rooms and Common areas
* Regular lawn maintenance
* Assistance with transport for weekly shopping if you don't have your own car
* Assistance with Conversation and local area knowledge for International Students
The only thing you have to provide for is your food and personal items.
The duplex has brand new kitchen with all kitchen items you will require.
40" Television, combined lounge dining area, bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.
Enclosed outdoor area for reading, yoga or general chill area.
