Rent-to-own expressions of interest sought in AUSTRALIA FAIR, Queensland for sale

I am thinking of buying a 1 bed 1 bath uni in Labrador for an investment. I don't want to hang on to it too long, so looking to see if anyone is interested in renting to own as getting mortgage insurance for a property that is less than 50sqm is near impossible and I would like to help someone else get onto the property ladder.
The property is a small unit 200m to the Broadwater. I will have it refurbished with a new kitchen, new bathroom, new paint, new curtains and new carpet.
I intend to make an minimum 7% return on my investment over 30 years, so assuming the property is valued at $160K (I will pay to have a valuation done), then repayments would be approx $215.40 per week + approx $75 per week for body corp, council rates, water and insurance. We split the cost of lawyer for contracts, or if you need, I can pay for it first and have it worked into the weekly cost.
This is a tentative look to see if anyone is interested.
